Wie viele von euch wissen wird Nintendo dieses Jahr, genauer am 30. September 2015 die Pforten des Club Nintendo schließen. Daher wurde oft mitgeteilt, dass doch alle Nutzer ihre gesammelten Sterne ausgeben sollen, da diese dann nach dem Stichtag verfallen.
Bisher war die Auswahl jedoch relativ mäßig und nicht jedermann hat etwas im Angebot gefunden. Nun ändert Nintendo dies und bietet eine weitaus interessantere Option. So könnt ihr ab sofort eure Sterne gegen Download Spiele tauschen. Dabei gibt es größtenteils Klassiker wie das erste Zelda für 1300 Sterne oder Wario Land 3 für 1100. Aber auch aktuellere Sachen wie die NES Remixe für 2600 und 5600 Sterne sind dabei oder der Mario Kart 8 DLC für 2100.
